Introduction Fluid Handling

ContiTech Beattie Limited provides a comprehensive range of flexible hose storage and handling systems. These range from a single utility hose storage reel to a complete hose handling and fluid transfer system which could include the hose, hose storage reel, hawser storage reel and hawser, chain stopper / mooring hook with load monitoring, hydraulic power unit and controls (manual or remote electro/hydraulic) and Emergency Shut Down (ESD) system. All of these systems can be controlled via HMI consoles monitored through a visual display.

ContiTech Beattie Ltd has now supplied over seventy fluid handling systems throughout the world to operations in European, North American, South American, African, Australasian, Middle and Far Eastern waters. The company's extensive expertise in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of fluid handling systems is complemented by over 45 years experience in the supply of flexible hoses to the offshore oil & gas industry.

 

All equipment and systems are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards in accordance with relevant CA Rules, Regulations and Standards and in compliance with the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System and its 14001 Environmental Management System.

Systems are designed using modern 3D Modelling CAD technology supported by in house hose and structural analysis expertise.

 

ContiTech Beattie Limited's experience in the design and supply of Seawater Intake and Disposal Systems for FPSO and other offshore installations is second to none. Working in conjunction with sister company Eddelbuttel & Schneider in Germany, ContiTech Beattie Limited can offer a total system to its clients, with the hoses being manufactured at ContiTech Rubber Industrial, our hose manufacturing facility in Hungary.
